Have you ever experienced a loss, death of a loved one, disability, divorce, loss of a job or dream?
This six-week series will explore important coping strategies and healthy self-care during times of loss. Facilitators will communicate and illustrate the stages of grief and help you understand the grieving process as you move in and around and through it. Enjoy the empathetic support of others as you learn to face the unique, and sometimes foreign, emotions, choices and challenges that can occur in grief and loss situations.
