Troubleshooting Tips


Connecting Laptop to a TV

  • Make sure HDMI cable is plugged into the laptop and TV
  • Change TV Inputs to make sure input is set to the correct HDMI input


No Sound?

  • Make sure to click on the video to unmute it
  • Check your computer volume to make sure it isn’t on low volume or muted
  • Do you have speakers connected to your computer? Check to make sure they aren’t on low or muted

Seeing a Previous Service?

If you started watching an earlier service, you may need to refresh your web browser to see the current service

Sermon notes, live chat, and prayer requests and other features are only available when you watch using your web browser. When you watch with the FBC Eugene app, you will only see the video.
