As a Camera Operator, you help capture the "human connection" in our services, making sure people online and in the room can see the sincerity and emotion of those leading from the stage. During worship and the message, you’ll listen to the Video Director through a headset while framing up smooth, steady shots—always looking for the next great angle when your camera isn't live.

Success simply means capturing the warm feeling of the service through steady, well-framed visuals that help people connect with what’s happening. Don't worry if you've never used a professional camera before; we'll teach you basic framing techniques like the "Rule of Thirds" and how to smoothly control zoom and focus!
