Monitor Audio Engineer

As our Monitor Audio Engineer, you are truly the musicians’ best friend on stage. When they can hear well, they can lead well! In this role, you’ll check in with singers and instrumentalists before practice, listen in on their individual audio mixes, and keep an eye on the stage during worship so you can quickly respond to their hand signals.

Success isn't about complex technical tricks; it’s simply helping the band feel confident, supported, and unified so they can focus on leading our church family. We’ll teach you how to navigate our sound console to balance their custom mixes, so all you need is a helpful attitude, good listening skills, and a passion for supporting others behind the scenes!
