Video Director / Switcher

As a Video Director, you are the visual storyteller for our worship services, helping guide what people see and focus on every step of the way. You’ll review the service plan ahead of time so you know when key moments are happening and communicate through headsets with our camera operators to set up great shots.

Success in this role means creating smooth, natural transitions that follow the rhythm of the music and message, helping both our in-person congregation and online viewers stay fully connected. We’ll show you how to use our video switcher and anticipate camera changes, so if you enjoy music, have a good eye for visual details, and love working with a team, you’ll fit right in!
